How do you combine purchases for shipping fees?
Ecrater does not automatically adjust the invoice when there are multiple purchases from one store. Email me after you have checked out and I will send you an email with the adjusted total which will reflect the new shipping fee. If you are paying with Paypal and prefer to pay at the time of checkout, I will refund any excess shipping fees that you have paid. Or you can let me know you will be paying with Paypal and I will send a Paypal invoice with the adjusted total.

What is your policy on refunds?
There is a 7 day return policy. But buyer will pay for shipping to return. I do not refund for buyer's regret.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Orders will be processed 1-3 business days after all transactions are finalized. We use the United States Postal Service.

Is there any sales tax?
I reside in Illinois and the state tax is 7.75%. So only orders in Illinois will be charged.

Is insurance available on my purchases?
Yes, insurance is available. $1.65 for up to $50.00 and $2.20 over $50.00, not including the shipping fee. Please email me after you check out and I will send you an adjusted total reflecting insurance. Insurance is the buyer's responsibility. I have no control over the package once it is in transit.
